This Earnings Disclaimer is intended to make clear that no earnings are guaranteed and that any earnings depend on many factors, including but not limited to qualifying referrals, qualifying products, shipped orders, customer activity, compliance with applicable terms, and the Company's approval and payout rules.
This Earnings Disclaimer applies to all Private Members, Referrers, influencers, customers, approved partners, or any other individuals or entities who may refer customers, use referral links, promote products or services, or receive referral earnings, commissions, credits, rewards, payouts, or other compensation from Human Consciousness Support LLC.
For purposes of this Earnings Disclaimer:
Human Consciousness Support LLC does not guarantee that any Private Member, Referrer, influencer, customer, or participant will earn any amount of money, referral earnings, commissions, credits, rewards, payouts, or compensation.
Any earnings examples, payout examples, referral examples, commission examples, screenshots, testimonials, projections, illustrations, or statements regarding potential earnings are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, prediction, or assurance of actual earnings.
Your results may vary, and many participants may earn little or nothing.
Referral Earnings, if any, depend on many factors, including but not limited to:
No specific earnings level or outcome should be expected.
Not all products, services, orders, promotions, bundles, discounts, or transactions may qualify for Referral Earnings.
Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine:
Referral Earnings are generally based only on qualifying orders that are completed, paid, and shipped, unless otherwise stated in writing by Human Consciousness Support LLC.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, declined, reversed, fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise invalid may not qualify for Referral Earnings.
Subject to the applicable Private Member Terms and Conditions, qualifying product rules, shipped order requirements, payout thresholds, and Company approval, eligible Private Members / Referrers may receive Referral Earnings based on a two-tier referral structure.
Under this structure:
For example, if you refer Tom, and Tom makes a qualifying purchase, that may be considered a Tier 1 referral. If Tom later refers Jane, and Jane makes a qualifying purchase, Jane's qualifying purchase may be considered a Tier 2 referral to you.
Referral Earnings apply only to qualifying products and qualifying orders as determined by Human Consciousness Support LLC. Not all products, services, orders, bundles, promotions, discounts, or transactions may qualify.
Referral Earnings are not guaranteed and may be denied, delayed, withheld, reduced, or adjusted due to cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, declined payments, fraud concerns, non-compliance, or any other reason permitted under the applicable terms.
Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral earnings structure, percentages, qualifying products, payout rules, or referral program at any time at its sole discretion.
Referral Earnings may only be calculated on qualifying orders that have been successfully processed and shipped.
Orders that have not shipped do not count toward payout thresholds or eligible Referral Earnings unless Human Consciousness Support LLC states otherwise in writing.
Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or deny Referral Earnings until the related order has been confirmed as valid, paid, fulfilled, and shipped.
If a referred order is canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, declined, reversed, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise adjusted, any related Referral Earnings may be reduced, withheld, denied, or deducted from future Referral Earnings.
If Referral Earnings were already paid on an order that is later canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or reversed, Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to deduct the related amount from future Referral Earnings or otherwise adjust the Private Member's or Referrer's payout balance.
Referral Earnings are not final until Human Consciousness Support LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that the related order is valid, paid, shipped, and not subject to reversal, dispute, or adjustment.
Any earnings results, examples, testimonials, screenshots, rankings, statements, or success stories shown by Human Consciousness Support LLC, Private Members, Referrers, influencers, or third parties are not typical and should not be understood as average, expected, or guaranteed results.
Individual results vary widely.
Some people may earn nothing. Some may earn small amounts. A smaller number may earn more depending on many factors, including personal effort, audience, promotional activity, compliance, customer purchasing behavior, and market conditions.
You should not rely on any earnings example as a representation of what you will earn.
Participation as a Private Member, Referrer, influencer, customer, or referral participant does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship, or ownership interest with Human Consciousness Support LLC.
Private Members and Referrers are not employees, agents, legal representatives, officers, directors, owners, or partners of Human Consciousness Support LLC.
You may not represent or imply that you are employed by, legally authorized to bind, or officially speaking on behalf of Human Consciousness Support LLC unless expressly authorized in writing.
Referral Earnings are subject to all applicable agreements, terms, conditions, policies, and program rules, including but not limited to:
Failure to comply with applicable terms may result in denied earnings, delayed payouts, reduced payouts, withheld payouts, payout balance adjustments, account suspension, termination from the referral program, refusal of future participation, or other enforcement action.
Private Members, Referrers, influencers, customers, or other participants may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, unsupported, or deceptive earnings claims.
You may not state or imply that:
Any earnings-related statement must be truthful, not misleading, and based on actual, verifiable experience.
Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to require correction, removal, or retraction of any earnings claim it determines to be improper, misleading, unsupported, or non-compliant.
Private Members, Referrers, influencers, and other participants are responsible for their own promotional activity.
You agree that any promotion, post, video, message, email, advertisement, website, social media content, or other communication related to Human Consciousness Support LLC must be truthful, accurate, compliant, and not misleading.
You may not make unauthorized claims about:
Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to review, restrict, require edits to, or prohibit promotional activity that violates applicable laws, Company policies, brand standards, or program rules.
If you receive or may receive Referral Earnings, commissions, credits, rewards, free products, discounts, payouts, or any other benefit from Human Consciousness Support LLC, you must clearly disclose that relationship when promoting, recommending, reviewing, or referring products or services.
Disclosures must be clear, visible, and easy for ordinary consumers to understand.

Third-party payout providers may have their own terms, fees, identity verification requirements, restrictions, processing times, and privacy practices.
Private Members, Referrers, influencers, customers, and other participants are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations related to Referral Earnings, commissions, rewards, credits, payouts, or compensation received.

You are responsible for reporting income, paying taxes, and complying with all applicable tax laws, forms, filings, and reporting requirements in your jurisdiction.
Human Consciousness Support LLC may request information or documentation if required for legal, tax, accounting, or payout purposes.
Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate any referral, Private Member, influencer, reseller, white label, or compensation-related program at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
