Earnings Disclaimer

1Purpose of This Earnings Disclaimer

This Earnings Disclaimer explains the limitations, conditions, and responsibilities related to any referral earnings, commissions, credits, rewards, payouts, or other compensation that may be available through Human Consciousness Support LLC.

This Earnings Disclaimer is intended to make clear that no earnings are guaranteed and that any earnings depend on many factors, including but not limited to qualifying referrals, qualifying products, shipped orders, customer activity, compliance with applicable terms, and the Company's approval and payout rules.

2Who This Earnings Disclaimer Applies To

This Earnings Disclaimer applies to all Private Members, Referrers, influencers, customers, approved partners, or any other individuals or entities who may refer customers, use referral links, promote products or services, or receive referral earnings, commissions, credits, rewards, payouts, or other compensation from Human Consciousness Support LLC.

For purposes of this Earnings Disclaimer:

• "Company" refers to Human Consciousness Support LLC.
• "Private Member" or "Referrer" means any individual or entity approved by Human Consciousness Support LLC to refer customers, use a referral link, and potentially receive referral earnings in accordance with applicable Private Member, referral, or program-specific terms.
• "Referral Earnings" means any earnings, commissions, credits, rewards, payouts, or other compensation that may be offered for qualifying referrals, subject to the applicable terms.

3No Earnings Are Guaranteed

Human Consciousness Support LLC does not guarantee that any Private Member, Referrer, influencer, customer, or participant will earn any amount of money, referral earnings, commissions, credits, rewards, payouts, or compensation.

Any earnings examples, payout examples, referral examples, commission examples, screenshots, testimonials, projections, illustrations, or statements regarding potential earnings are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, prediction, or assurance of actual earnings.

Your results may vary, and many participants may earn little or nothing.

4Earnings Depend on Many Factors

Referral Earnings, if any, depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

• Your personal effort and consistency
• The number of people you refer
• Whether referred customers make qualifying purchases
• Whether the products purchased qualify for Referral Earnings
• Whether referred orders are successfully paid for
• Whether referred orders are shipped
• Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, disputes, declined payments, fraud reviews, or returned payments
• Customer demand and purchasing behavior
• Market conditions
• Product availability
• Compliance with Company policies and program rules
• Approval status with Human Consciousness Support LLC
• The accuracy and compliance of your promotional activity
• Changes to the referral program, payout structure, qualifying products, or payout methods

No specific earnings level or outcome should be expected.

5Qualifying Products and Orders

Not all products, services, orders, promotions, bundles, discounts, or transactions may qualify for Referral Earnings.

Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine:

• Which products or services qualify for Referral Earnings
• Which orders qualify for Referral Earnings
• Whether an order was properly attributed to a Private Member or Referrer
• Whether an order was completed, paid, shipped, canceled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise reversed
• Whether Referral Earnings are approved, delayed, adjusted, denied, withheld, or deducted

Referral Earnings are generally based only on qualifying orders that are completed, paid, and shipped, unless otherwise stated in writing by Human Consciousness Support LLC.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, declined, reversed, fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise invalid may not qualify for Referral Earnings.

6Referral Earnings Structure

Subject to the applicable Private Member Terms and Conditions, qualifying product rules, shipped order requirements, payout thresholds, and Company approval, eligible Private Members / Referrers may receive Referral Earnings based on a two-tier referral structure.

Under this structure:

• Tier 1 Referral Earnings: A Private Member / Referrer may receive 25% on qualifying purchases made by customers they directly refer through their approved referral link.
• Tier 2 Referral Earnings: A Private Member / Referrer may receive 5% on qualifying purchases made by customers referred by their direct referrals.

For example, if you refer Tom, and Tom makes a qualifying purchase, that may be considered a Tier 1 referral. If Tom later refers Jane, and Jane makes a qualifying purchase, Jane's qualifying purchase may be considered a Tier 2 referral to you.

Referral Earnings apply only to qualifying products and qualifying orders as determined by Human Consciousness Support LLC. Not all products, services, orders, bundles, promotions, discounts, or transactions may qualify.

Referral Earnings are not guaranteed and may be denied, delayed, withheld, reduced, or adjusted due to cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, declined payments, fraud concerns, non-compliance, or any other reason permitted under the applicable terms.

Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral earnings structure, percentages, qualifying products, payout rules, or referral program at any time at its sole discretion.

7Shipped Orders Requirement

Referral Earnings may only be calculated on qualifying orders that have been successfully processed and shipped.

Orders that have not shipped do not count toward payout thresholds or eligible Referral Earnings unless Human Consciousness Support LLC states otherwise in writing.

Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or deny Referral Earnings until the related order has been confirmed as valid, paid, fulfilled, and shipped.

8Refunds, Chargebacks, Cancellations, and Adjustments

If a referred order is canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, declined, reversed, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise adjusted, any related Referral Earnings may be reduced, withheld, denied, or deducted from future Referral Earnings.

If Referral Earnings were already paid on an order that is later canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or reversed, Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to deduct the related amount from future Referral Earnings or otherwise adjust the Private Member's or Referrer's payout balance.

Referral Earnings are not final until Human Consciousness Support LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that the related order is valid, paid, shipped, and not subject to reversal, dispute, or adjustment.

9No Typical Results

Any earnings results, examples, testimonials, screenshots, rankings, statements, or success stories shown by Human Consciousness Support LLC, Private Members, Referrers, influencers, or third parties are not typical and should not be understood as average, expected, or guaranteed results.

Individual results vary widely.

Some people may earn nothing. Some may earn small amounts. A smaller number may earn more depending on many factors, including personal effort, audience, promotional activity, compliance, customer purchasing behavior, and market conditions.

You should not rely on any earnings example as a representation of what you will earn.

10No Employment, Partnership, or Agency Relationship

Participation as a Private Member, Referrer, influencer, customer, or referral participant does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship, or ownership interest with Human Consciousness Support LLC.

12Prohibited Earnings Claims

Private Members, Referrers, influencers, customers, or other participants may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, unsupported, or deceptive earnings claims.

You may not state or imply that:

• Earnings are guaranteed
• Anyone can earn a specific amount
• Results are typical without proper substantiation

Any product-related statements must be truthful, approved where required, and compliant with applicable law and Company guidelines.

16Payout Timing and Thresholds

Referral Earnings, if approved, are generally paid according to the payout schedule, threshold, and payment method established by Human Consciousness Support LLC.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Payouts are generally processed during the first week of each calendar month, but may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, operational issues, compliance reviews, payment provider delays, banking delays, fraud reviews, chargeback reviews, technical issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
• A minimum payout threshold of $100 USD applies. Private Members / Referrers must have at least $100 USD in eligible Referral Earnings from qualifying products that have shipped before a payout will be issued.
• Referrals are only counted when the qualifying product has shipped. Orders that have not shipped do not count toward Referral Earnings or payout thresholds.
• Only qualifying shipped orders may count toward payout eligibility.
• Payout timing, thresholds, qualifying products, and payment methods may change at any time.

Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to determine payout eligibility, timing, method, and amount at its sole discretion.

17Payment Methods

Human Consciousness Support LLC may use Wise or other third-party payout providers to issue Referral Earnings.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout information. Human Consciousness Support LLC is not responsible for failed, delayed, misdirected, or rejected payouts caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or invalid payout information.

Third-party payout providers may have their own terms, fees, identity verification requirements, restrictions, processing times, and privacy practices.

18Tax Responsibility

Changes may apply to future activity, future orders, future referrals, and future payouts.

20Enforcement and Withholding of Earnings

• A participant violated applicable terms or policies
• A referral was improper, fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant
• A purchase was canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, declined, suspicious, or fraudulent
• A participant made false earnings claims or product claims
• A participant failed to disclose their material connection
