By selecting an Autoship subscription option during checkout, you agree to enroll in a recurring order program for the selected product(s).
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on the selected start date, and automatically on a recurring basis according to the delivery interval you selected, for example every 4 weeks, unless and until you cancel your Autoship.
Charges will occur only when your order is processed for shipment. Upon successful payment, your order will be prepared and shipped to the address on file.
Autoship orders will be shipped automatically after each successful payment based on your selected delivery frequency. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping conditions.
You may manage your Autoship at any time through your account, including the ability to cancel your Autoship, skip an upcoming shipment, pause your Autoship, update products or quantities, update delivery frequency, and update your payment method. Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.
There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees associated with Autoship. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date.
By enrolling in Autoship, you agree to maintain a valid payment method on file. If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge up to three (3) times. The retry schedule is: (i) an initial charge attempt on the scheduled billing date, (ii) one retry approximately 24 hours later, and (iii) a final retry approximately 72 hours after the second attempt. If payment is unsuccessful after these attempts, your Autoship may be automatically cancelled.
We may also delay or suspend shipments until a valid payment method is provided.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Autoship program, including pricing, product availability, or delivery intervals, at any time.
All Autoship orders are subject to the refund and safety policy outlined in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, purchase products or services, or agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If a parent or legal guardian permits a person under 18 to access this site, the parent or legal guardian accepts full legal responsibility for that person's use of the site.

Initiating a chargeback without first complying with these procedures constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prepaid services, coaching sessions, consultations, and service credits are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Prepaid services must be used within the time frame, schedule, or terms provided at the time of purchase. If no specific expiration period is stated, Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to determine a reasonable usage period based on the nature of the service purchased.
Human Consciousness Support LLC shall not be obligated to provide prepaid services, coaching, consultations, or service credits if:
Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend a scheduled service may result in forfeiture of that session or service credit, at the sole discretion of Human Consciousness Support LLC.
Coaching, consultations, and related services are provided for general informational, educational, and wellness-support purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for licensed professional guidance.
Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, refuse, or reschedule any prepaid service, coaching session, consultation, or service credit at its sole discretion.
Upon your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, Human Consciousness Support LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this site strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

Any Notice of Dispute that does not include all required information may be deemed invalid.
Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days after receipt of a valid Notice of Dispute. No arbitration may be commenced until this 30-day informal resolution period has expired.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, failure to comply with the notice and informal resolution procedures outlined in this section may result in dismissal of the claim.
Any arbitration hearing shall take place in Kansas, unless applicable arbitration rules require otherwise.
If the claim is for US$10,000 or less and does not seek injunctive relief, the hearing location or method may be determined in accordance with the applicable AAA Rules.
During arbitration, the amount of any settlement offer made by either party shall not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator makes a final decision and award, if any.
Regardless of the manner in which the arbitration is conducted, the arbitrator must issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the decision or award is based.

To the extent that you are subject to additional agreements with Human Consciousness Support LLC, such agreements shall remain fully valid, enforceable, and applicable.
In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other applicable agreement:

Human Consciousness Support LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
