1. Overview

By signing up as a Private Member, you agree to participate in our referral program and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Referral Earnings Structure

• 25% on qualifying purchases made by customers you directly refer
• 5% on qualifying purchases made by customers referred by your direct referrals (second-tier referrals)

Not all products qualify for referral earnings.

• MasterPeace
• MasterPeace for Pets
• MasterRestore
• MasterSolergy
• MasterSupport

We reserve the right to modify qualifying products at any time.

Chargeback & Adjustments

If an order is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise reversed, any associated referral earnings will be deducted from your account. If the earnings have already been paid out, we reserve the right to adjust your future payout balance by the corresponding amount.

Payouts & Enforcement

Referral earnings are paid during the first week of each calendar month.

Payouts are currently issued via Wise. However, we reserve the right to change or modify the payout method at any time, including but not limited to alternative payment providers, bank transfer, or store credit.

To qualify for payout:

• You must have a minimum balance of $100 USD
• Only earnings from orders that have been successfully shipped are counted
• Earnings from orders that have not yet shipped are not eligible

We reserve the right to withhold, delay, adjust, or deny payouts if:

• Suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity is detected
• Your account is under review or investigation
• You are in violation of these Terms

All payout decisions are final.

3. Referral Link Usage

You must use your assigned referral link. No manipulation, fake accounts, or self-referrals.

4. Brand Protection & Conduct

You must act in a professional and truthful manner at all times.

You may NOT:

• Misrepresent your relationship with the company
• Present yourself as an employee or official representative
• Use company names, trademarks, or branding without authorization
• Create domains or social accounts using company or product names
• Run ads, websites, or funnels without prior written approval
• Bid on brand keywords without approval
• Make false health, income, or product claims
• Guarantee results or mislead customers
• Damage the company's reputation in any way

If requested, you must immediately cease and desist any activity.

5. Fraud & System Abuse

No bots, fake traffic, manipulation, or exploiting system loopholes. Any abuse results in termination and reversal of earnings.

6. Coupon & Discount Abuse

No unauthorized discounts, misleading promotions, or misuse of pricing.

7. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor all activity, request changes, suspend accounts, withhold earnings, and take legal action.

8. Termination

We may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, access is revoked and earnings may be forfeited.

9. Relationship

Private Members are independent participants and not employees or representatives.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of earnings, system issues, or interruptions.
